Description
Capturing the classic sound of the first ever Jazzmaster Guitars with ALNICO III magents that make the sound a little softer and rounder, more lush.
The neck pickup on a 1959 Jazzmaster has a full, round sound that is well-suited for playing lead lines and melodies. The bridge pickup is bright and punchy, with a sound that is perfect for playing rhythm guitar or adding some extra sparkle to solos.
Overall, the pickups on a 1959 Jazzmaster are known for their warm, dynamic sound, with a relatively low output that emphasizes the guitar’s natural tone and character. This unique sound has made the Jazzmaster a popular choice for guitarists in a wide range of genres, from jazz and blues to indie rock and beyond.
Scatterwound to vintage specs and wax potted, but only to a degree to set the coil but still leave enough room for clarity and dynamics.
The bridge pickup is RWRP to buck hum in the middle position. However we can, if you want, do it the Leo-way and leave both pickups the same.
Comes with covers (select your desired colour) and mounting screws.
